Finally!

It's done. Hooray! Yesterday the last backstitch went in!

Now to decide what to do next!

Back to Basics and Learn a New Technique, Week Twelve

Making progress slowly but surely... Backstitching is about half-done!

Back to Basics and Learn a New Technique, Week Eleven

I didn't make a lot of progress, thanks to my cold. Only a few strands of green backstitching on "Garden Sampler" for borders, sunflower leaves, rose leaves and herb pots:

But I did get the tax questionnaire mailed off!

Back to Basics and Learn a New Technique, Week Ten

A nasty cough and headache virus, thanks to my dear husband, who cultivated it to maximum strength before generously passing it on to me, has stalled "Garden Sampler" in mid-backstitch... So until I get over this virus and ALSO get the taxes done (AAACK!), it will probably not progress much in the next week...

Back to Basics and Learn a New Technique, Week Nine

It needs the background behind "Garden" and a lime green border one stitch wide, and then it's on to the backstitching. Typical of a Kooler Design Studio, the backstitching is extensive and in many colors... and on this chart, I find that some of the backstitching isn't even marked if I believe the photo on the package.

No progress on the beading or quilting fronts...
