WIP myself into shape, Week 4
No exercise this week --- just snow and cold and wind and... no motivation at all!

Great fabric! Are you using the Carrie's for it? I have it in the stash, some day it'll see the light of day :) Especially now that Carrie's doing silks :)
ReplyDeleteActually, no --- I'm using DMC. Shopped my stash --- I don't have sufficient skeins of Carrie's (especially since this single moitif uses FIVE skeins of DMC alone) and I'm trying to not buy anything new unless is absolutely HAVE to. Buying that fabric was a splurge as it was!
ReplyDeleteIt'll be just as beautiful in the DMC! I worked on her sampler 2nd Chances last year (it's all purples) and I did a big motif - took me a week and several lengths of thread! But it was fun! Enjoy!
